I just installed the Dr. Gas X-pipe with electric cutouts. First I have to say that it does sound quite a bit different then the H-pipe setup I had. It revs  smoother and has no popping at all. It still has a nice deep exhaust note with the Dynomax Ultraflows. Because I placed the cutouts after the X-pipe to take advantage of it’s scavenging effects, I had to get new Ultraflows with center in instead of offset in. Other than that it was pretty straight forward. I also went 3.5” from the collector all the way to the muffler where it goes 3” all the way back.

It’s pretty cool to flip a switch and have the cutouts open up! I can’t wait until race season to see if this X-pipe helped or not.
